Buyer pays for Return Shipping

THE SMARTY CO. uses Amazon (FBA) as our Fulfillment Partner and they require that the Buyer pays for Return Shipping Postage. Return Shipping Postage is not refundable. Buyer can choose any courier to return the order, but it must include a Tracking Number. THE SMARTY CO. and Amazon are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Lost or damaged returns are also not refundable.

United States Postal Service (USPS) typically offers the most affordable rates. Please choose the cheapest option that includes a Tracking Number.

Tip: Pack your item into the smallest package allowed to save on return shipping cost.

 

30 Day Return Policy

You have 30 Days from the Delivery Date to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "New" and "Unused" condition.

1. To request a return, email us at help@thesmartyco.com with your Order ID.

2. We will issue a RMA and send a return shipping link with detailed instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected by Amazon (FBA), we will send notification if your refund is approved.

If you are approved, your payment will automatically be refunded to your payment method (within 7 business days).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different color or size, the process is the same as a return. Please start the return first, then place a new order separately.

Sale Items

Items that were purchased on sale or discount prices can also be returned within 30 days (unless it is marked as "Final Sale”).
