Buyer pays for Return Shipping

THE SMARTY CO. uses multiple Fulfillment Partners that require the Buyer to pay for Return Shipping Postage. Return Shipping Postage is not refundable and Pre-Paid Return Labels are not provided to the Buyer. Buyer can choose any courier to return the order, but it must include a Tracking Number. THE SMARTY CO. and its Fulfillment Partners are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Lost or damaged returns are not refundable.

United States Postal Service (USPS) typically offers the most affordable rates. Please choose the cheapest option that includes a Tracking Number.

Tip: Pack your item into the smallest box possible to save on return shipping cost.

30 Day Return Policy

You have 30 Days from the Delivery Date to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "New" and "Unused" condition.

1. To request a return, email us at help@thesmartyco.com with your Order ID.

2. We will issue a RMA and send a return shipping link with detailed instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Fulfillment Partner, we will send notification if your refund is approved.

If you are approved, your payment will automatically be refunded to your payment method (within 7 business days).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different color or size, the process is the same as a return. Please start the return first, then place a new order separately.

Sale Items

Items that were purchased on sale or discount prices can also be returned within 30 days (unless it is marked as "Final Sale”).

Order Cancellations

Our Fulfillment Partners begin to fulfill our orders 30 minutes after the Order is placed.  Speed and Efficiency are critically time sensitive in order to ensure that customers receive their packages according to their chosen Shipping Rate (ie. Standard vs Expedited).  Unfortunately, we are unable to Cancel Orders after 30 minutes the Order is placed.  Please be sure to contact us immediately for any Order Updates or Cancellations.
